From enclosures to faceplates, we have been able to make even ambitious designs come to fruition. Testing aluminum to exact standards, designing new fixtures and jigs to create a new prototype and finally perfecting the anodizing process to achieve a perfect finish, is where we specialize.
We also work with various types of aluminum, including extrusions, plate and sheet ranging from .010" to 2.000" in thickness. Sheet aluminum products fabricated and formed on our CNC production machinery have superb edge quality. In-house processes such as brushing, blasting, engraving and machining of sheet aluminum provide our customers with consistent high quality products.
